Bymer Digital implemented a multi-layered digital strategy that supported Vega's ongoing marketing, sponsorships, promotions, and innovative product launches. This has driven up Vega's market awareness, customer engagement, and customer acquisition.

DESTINATION BRITISH COLUMBIA

Destination British Columbia is a government owned destination marketing organization. Destination British Columbia has been on a journey of rapid growth. If Destination British Columbia want to keep up with the increasing competition in the tourism industry, they'll need to reduce the cost of their current customer acquisition process in comparison to their more richly-funded competitors. The research Bymer Digital conducted was built on the back of a previous data consulting and foundations project.

Our challenge was to research Destination British Columbia's customers across the UK, Mexico, Australia, the US and Eastern Canada.

Canadian Real Estate Association

Canadian Real Estate Association is a multi-faceted national organization that has historically not been allowed to communicate directly with its members and needs to demonstrate its value through concise communications. The Canadian Real Estate Association exists to promote its members by working with local provincial and municipal boards to provide essential data services and tools for.

THE CHALLENGE

Because of the nature of its relationship with its members, and its inability to communicate directly with those members, it became clear through field research that knowledge or empathy towards the organization was very low. Members did not really understand that the crucial services they use everyday were provided by CREA, or that CREA advocated on their behalf on issues such as mortgage policy and anti-spam legislation. Communications were fragmented, inconsistent and lacked any guiding principles or design consistency.

THE OUTCOME

Bymer Digital designed and developed a new website, which has been very well received both by the web administrators and users. There is a better understanding amongst as to the value of their membership in CREA, and it has created the conditions for a better understanding and positive brand perception.
